Add Flatpak packaging for iDRAC6 console

- Manifest, desktop entry, metainfo, icon - Direct Java launch (no javaws/IcedTea-Web) - Bundles avctKVM.jar and native .so libs - Parses JNLP for connection parameters - sign-idrac.sh helper script
